Wires hooked up for the pump and the hoses that will take water rom the water tank and distribute it hooked up. Need to install the Propane can holder and the heater and the sinks and finish the plumbing and then put up the walls (Skins) and cut vents and doors then paint and get it inspected.
More work today and now I will add pictures.
I will be putting up some more pictures of The Hot Dog Cart in a day or two. Located in Mountain Home AR. As you can see the Front Skin (wall) tower is now in place. This is where I will put my supplies like my Buns that will be Steamed. I just need to get the pump water heater sinks and propane installed then the water tanks and battery. Then put on the other three skins and build the doors. Paint then get it inspected and I can start selling Natural Casing Hot Dogs and Red Snapper Hot Dogs To Arkansas. From my pretty new Hot Dog Cart.
The pictures of The Hot Dog Cart will be one here in a day or two
Got my Propane Tank and Propane today. I can not cook Hot Dogs on The Hot Dog Cart! I have the first part of the rails done but one is not lining up right. I ordered my sinks and they should be here in 3 – 5 Days then I can add the first skin and attach the tank and hot water heater and maybe the sinks need to decide where to put them.
Once they are here I have just about everything I need but the pipes for the plumbing. I can then finish The Hot Dog Cart.
Ok so the Hot Dog Cart stuff is piling up. I have my battery and my water tanks and my pump and my hoses and my umbrella and new pans and such. I am just waiting on the sinks. Qhwn they get in I will be able to finish the Hot Dog Cart. I need to get together with some officials and start working out the details of licenses and such.
Then go to Cotter AR and talk to them about setting up The Hot Dog Cart there.
We finally got our taxes thanks for holding them up Uncle Sam! Hope you choke on the Interest it got you!
Came to Mountain Home, AR yesterday and I was able to get my rails to hold the steam pans on my Hot Dog Cart. I ordered the Sinks and the extra Pans and Hot Dog Sled. I got the paint to finish painting the inside of the Hot Dog Cart, I can then add all the internal workings and plumbing and put on the skins for the outside and hook up the propane tank and the hot water heater. Then add the sinks paint the outside and call the Health Inspector to get it legal.

Here are some more pictures of The Hot Dog Cart. Located in Mountain Home AR. As you can see the tower is now in place. This is where I will put my supplies like my Buns that will be Steamed. I also have pictures of the Stove and front of the firebox. and the bottom shows the Water Tanks. This will be my water for my sinks not for cooking Red Snapper Hot Dogs and some All Beef Natural Casing Hot Dogs. I am hoping to take a trip over to Midway, Lakeview, and Bull Shoals AR To scout out new locations where I might be able to set up the Hot Dog Cart when it is completed. Matter of fact I might just drive all over Baxter County. Then head over to Cotter Springs and Flippin AR, My wife and I went out and had Chili Cheese Hot Dogs from Burger King yesterday and the were not too bad.
Wonder if I could get into the park By Bull Shoals Dam. Well here are the pictures of The Hot Dog Cart
This is where the magic happens. The steam table.
So pretty much I need to paint the inside then attach everything permanently the put on the outside skins and sinks and the hot water heater and paint The Hot Dog Cart. then a piece of sheet metal on the top for serving Red Snappers Hot Dogs in Arkansas.
Everything I ordered came in and works as far as I can tell.
The Water Pump works Great on Battery Power! I pumped about 5 Gallons of water in a just a few minutes. The Water Tanks are Installed in The Hot Dog Cart.
I was finally able to install the tower on the front of The Hot Dog Cart where I can store my buns for steaming and serving Natural Casing Snappers Hot Dogs
Also this means that my wife can quit complaining as The Hot Dog Cart is now outside and will stay there too big to fit through the door.
The Only thing left to test is the Water Heater. It cannot be installed on The Hot Dog Cart until the outer skins are installed. I ran the Power Converter on the battery for about 4 hours playing music on my radio and it was still running when I quit working on The Hot Dog Cart. We are hoping that May 1st I will be able to start only two months behind schedule.
All that is left is to paint the inside of The Hot Dog Cart then install everything inside The Hot Dog Cart permanently get the sinks and install them hook up the plumbing and drainage on the sinks and hook up the water heater after the outside skins are attached to The Hot Dog Cart. Paint the outside of The Hot Dog Cart and Then I can begin inspections and licensing and start serving Natural Casing Snappers Hot Dogs To Arkansas.
